How long before my system is online?
One to two weeks. Not months.
That timeline holds because we don't start from a blank page: the system exists, it's already running. What we do during those two weeks is make it yours — your chalets, your packages, your rates, your photos.
And you're not waiting passively: you build your content in your own admin panel while we guide you in real time.
I'm not an IT person. Will I be able to manage?
Yes, and you won't be alone.
You fill in your site from your admin panel: photos, lodging, packages, services. Every field is in French, with no jargon.
During the setup, we're with you in real time. You don't get handed a manual — you have us on the phone while you work.
My clients will never want to pay online.
That's your call, not ours.
Two modes are available: automatic online payment, or payment by phone after a confirmation email. You pick the one that suits your clientele, and you can change your mind.
That said, experience shows that what really makes the difference is letting the client complete the booking without having to call you. A client waiting for you to call back is a client looking elsewhere in the meantime.
Is a robot going to answer my clients for me?
Only if you want it to: it's an option, not the core of the system.
It isn't an automated answering machine reciting canned replies. It's connected to your real data — your availability, your packages, your rates — and you set for yourself what it's allowed to say from the start.
What it takes off your hands are the repetitive questions: "do you have anything open the weekend of the 15th?", "how much for four people?". Those, it answers at midnight as readily as at noon.
What if the system breaks down in the middle of the season?
The same system has been running in production for twenty years.
Not twenty years of versions patched up one after the other: twenty years of booking seasons, with no service interruption. That's our best argument. It's a fact you can check, not a sales promise.
Your system is hosted in a world-renowned data centre. We run backups several times a day.
You have a 24/7 support line.
In case of disaster, a copy of your application and your data is ready. The redundancy is complete.
I already have bookings and registered clients. Do I lose them?
You lose nothing. Quite the opposite. Our AI-assisted module reviews and brings in everything relevant you already have:
Your current site, if you have one.
Your current bookings.
Your packages and services.
Your client lists.
Your history.
Your photos, images, videos and other media.
Can I manage rentals of my boats and motors?
Yes — and not just the boats.
You list all the equipment you rent out: boats, motors, or any other gear specific to your outfitter. Each one has its own availability and rates, just like a lodging unit.
The client adds them to their booking at the time of reserving, not in a separate email. You can see at a glance what's out and what's still free for the weekend.
Does the system handle deposits and cancellations?
Yes, both.
You choose the deposit due at booking: a percentage or an amount. The balance follows your rules. At outfitters, a third at booking and the balance a few weeks before arrival is common. Your terms stay your own.
You handle cancellations in the system. They are tied to the client's file and history. You always know what has been collected and what has not.
Does it work on a cellphone?
Yes, on every screen.
Your site and your admin panel adjust to the device: cellphone, tablet, computer. Nothing to install, nothing to download. It's the same system, in a browser.
This matters most for your clients. An angler looking for a free weekend on his phone has to be able to finish his booking, not just see your availability.
I mostly do hunting. Does this work for me too?
Yes, and not by bending a fishing system to make it fit.
A hunting sector is set up like any other bookable resource, with its own availability: two groups can't hold the same territory on the same dates. Your packages are capped at the planned number of hunters, and limited to the period when hunting is open — a moose package isn't offered in July.
The deposit is set package by package: you can ask for 35% on a hunting package and a third on a fishing package. And if you guide your groups, an employee can be assigned to the booking.
